I've gone from a full time employment to full time mummying it. Don't get me wrong I still tried to find a job but somehow coming into an interview looking like you're about to pop was not as appealing to my prospect employers as I would have liked it to be. I kept telling myself that if I was an employer I'd be intrigued that someone in my condition is still interested in getting a job but after a while even that stopped working.
And so time went on and Hugo was baked and delivered. We didn't exactly realise how hard it was with our poor Milo until Hugo came along.
I think everyone will agree that you have a different attitude to your second child's coming into this world. You tend to be more relaxed and allow yourself to just go with the flow.
Saying that we did learn from our mistakes and decided not to get a lot of cheap gadgets and invest only in the things we knew worked.
And so this time as parents to a 2 year old who is still battling reflux we invested in cocoonababy, baby bjorn bouncer and gave Milos beloved giraffe bouncer away and a double bugaboo.
This time we are not getting stuck at home we are taking our side kicks with us and there is no stopping us!
